Roy is the CEO of SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro and Stockton. He has been in the cleaning and restoration industry since the late 1990’s and has owned and operated his SERVPRO franchises since 2006. Roy is Master Certified in the IICRC with more than ten certifications. He leads his team of highly qualified professionals with a "Lead from wherever he's needed" attitude.
Clayton A. Barry
Clayton is Founder and CFO of Cleanair Image Inc. DBA SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro and Stockton.He has a lifetime of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. He began, as child helping his father back in the 1960's during the early days of on-location restoration.
Tammy is our Stockton Branch Manager. She is also our senior advisor for fire and contents production across our three offices. She oversees a team of highly skilled and dedicated managers and fire and content production technicians who are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible service, in what in some cases are some of the most trying times in their lives. Tammy has been in the restoration industry since 2003. Her experience in structural and content cleaning for residential and large commercial losses are without peer. She has earned IICRC: Water, ASD, Fire and Odor Control certifications. Tammy is most proud of her role to serve the community of Stockton.
Monica is the Chief Office Administrator of our Stockton branch. She is very experienced and able to adapt to any situation. We have the utmost confidence in her customer service skills. She is continuously going above and beyond to satisfy our customers needs. We are very privileged to have Monica as a part of our team and her role in our office has been key in our success and will continue to be for our future.
Tony is Stockton Production Manager, he is highly skilled in Water damage mitigation, controlled demolition, Asbestos abatement and many other specialty services. Tony has been a part of the SERVPRO family since 2012 and has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the team with his hard work, dedication, and passion for each job. Tony's empathetic nature makes him a favorite with our clients.
Pierre is our Sales &Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Stockton. He possesses a great deal of customer service and sales experience that enhances our franchise. Pierre served as a successful store manager with T-Mobile and prior to that at Sprint. Pierre has been a successful sales representative for a large plumbing contractor in Monterey, California. Pierre has a deep understanding of property disaster restoration and the value of delivering great customer service.
Ty is our Marketing Support Coordinator. She is the administrator of all of our social media. Ty works in the community/public relations field by developing business bonds and providing educational opportunities for outside parties. She works side-by-side with the Administration and Production team as well as our customer service field.
Lisa Fowler is a Stockton resident and serves as a Business Development Representative.
Right out of high school, Lisa enlisted as an administrative specialist with the United States Army, after seven years of service she pursued a career in advertising and marketing. In the early 1990's she helped local and national businesses build revenue and brand awareness through print and digital resources. It was Lisa's love of new construction & remodeling that brought her to SERVPRO of Stockton as a customer service representative. She has become certified in Water, Mold, Fire Restoration along with Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.
Today, she focuses on helping local business and homeowners restore their properties back to preloss condition... "Like it never even happened."
Alberto is one of our Sales & MarketingRepresentative of Stockton, he acts as a business development specialist by developing relationships with local residential to commercial businesses. He promotes SERVPRO by introducing our unique restoration process and mitigation outcomes to those in need.
Damaris is our Office Manager, she has earned a degree in Business & Accounting. Damaris oversees our accounting and collections in addition to managing our receptionist and other office and administrative team. She is IICRC certified in Water in addition to being accredited and skilled in administrative management.
Yahaira is our Accounts/Receivable Clerk, specializing as our collections coordinator. She delegates all collections and ensures payments are being made on time. Monitoring all job invoices and keeping QuickBooks intact.
Robert (Rob) is our Warehouse and Fleet Manager.Robert provides oversight for our San Francisco Bay Area and Stockton facilities. He is experienced in IT, mechanical and equipment repair. Robert is multifaceted and is always available to lend a hand. In addition to maintaining our equipment, buildings and vehicle fleet, Robert other duties includes ordering and organizing all of our inventory and supplies. Robert plays an integral role in local large loss response and storm travel events.
