There are situations when our Stockton area customers' homes or commercial properties require professional "pack-out" of contents and furniture. This is often done to facilitate drying and cleaning or repair (reconstruction) services to the structure. To make the job site available and to protect your contents.
When the situation demands, our friendly and skilled technicians are well trained and equipped to provide the very best in careful packing and pack-out services.
The first step is to inspect the furniture and contents to record their condition, determine if the furnishings and contents require being cleaned and treated, restored or perhaps simply stored off-site.
When contents are not damaged and only need to be stored off-site, they will be wrapped with a protective layer of bubble wrap; padded packing blankets and a final layer of plastic that is secured in place with cellophane tape. Fragile stickers and identification labels are placed on each item. A detailed inventory record sheet is made, often including photographs.
Items that need to be cleaned will receive a degree of protective wrapping so they can be taken to our shop for further work.
Once the furniture is made ready for transport, it is carefully taken out of the building to one of our box trucks for delivery to our secure and climate controlled cleaning and storage facility on Stagecoach Road here in Stockton.
