Mold in Bathroom Becomes Remodel

When a homeowner in Stockton California discovered they had a slow water leak caused by the plumbing equipment under their "garden tub" they investigated. The plumbing problem was solved but, dry rot and mold was discovered to be in the wood floor hidden under the top layer of tile flooring. SERVPRO of Stockton was hired to remove the floor, remove the dry rotted wood, abate the mold and then install a new hard surface floor. The project called for replacing a section of wood beam, install new plywood subfloor deck and find a match for the tile on the bathtub enclosure. We located a complimentary tile that the home owner loved.
