It provides the information you need to pre-qualify an emergency mitigation service vendor. Our agreement also allows you to pre-approve the list of services and the actual pricing. The pre-work authoriztion document provides us with a guarantee for payments of the services we provide on your behalf for 24 to 72 hours (your choice).
